Biographical Note

Alfred H. Krebs came to Virginia Tech from the University of Maryland in 1969. He served as head of agricultural education and was appointed director of the summer school program. He became the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs in 1972 and later became the Vice President for Special Projects in 1975. In 1977, he succeeded the late Stuart Cassell as Vice President of Administration. Alfred Krebs retired from Virginia Tech in August of 1981.
