Scope and Content
Arthur Sibold Collection includes VPI reunion materials from the Class of 1914, as well as several items of memorabilia and university history. There is a VPI statistical data book, four postcards to Arthur Sibold, a 1914 class roster, a reunion news bulletin, and a letter directed to the alumni.

Biographical Note
Arthur Pleasant Sibold was from Pearisburg, Virginia. He attended V.P.I. between 1909 and 1914, where he rosed in the ranks becoming captain of Company D his senior year. Sibold studied Agriculture during his time at V.P.I. In addition, his senior year he was Vice-President of Planters club, treasurer of Y.M.C.A., on the Football team, Associate Editor of Tech, Associate Editor of Firing Line, Censor of Lee Literary Society, member of Tennis Club, and member of Cotillion Club.
