Kathleen Cruise is an architect and general contractor in San Francisco, California. She earned an MBA from Golden Gate University (1982), and a Bachelor of Architecture from Virgina Polytechnic Institute and State University, (1970).

Cruise was a loaned executive from PG&E to the Department of Energy for the Greening of the White House Project; Manager of Utilities for Stanford University; Principal, Program Development for Proven Alternatives; Program Manager, Real Estate and Facilities with the Microsoft Corporation and is currently Director of Facilities Management at Fort Mason in San Francisco.
