Contains an index of counties, cities, and towns, as well as a distance chart, explanation of map symbols, and principal radio stations in those states. On the reverse of the map is a 'Pictorial Guide' to the states, which shows illustrations of places of tourist interest. Additionally, the reverse contains maps of significant locales: Baltimore, Washington, Richmond, Wilmington (Delaware), Norfolk, and Shenandoah National Park. A brief description of Williamsburg and the Colonial National Historical Park, as well as Esso advertisements also grace the reverse of this map.
