British author, whose works include Invisible Tides (1919) and But Not For Love(1930). Collection consists of the original manuscript of her novel The Happier Eden (1937), inscribed on the first page by Seymour, "First draft--begun at Headley, Hampshire, 10th July 1936." Heavily revised and corrected with extra passages added. Also three letters: two of which relate to the manuscript and one about the break-up of her marriage.
