National Biscuit Company Photograph
The collection consists of a single black and white photograph of a group of National Biscuit Company salesman and delivery drivers posed outside of a factory. Most of the men are carrying cracker display units and the trucks in the background are advertising Uneeda Biscuits. The photograph is not dated.
National Biscuit Company Salesman's Collection
The National Biscuit Company Salesman's Collection consists of materials for the use of National Biscuit Company salesman, including blank order forms, a student’s training guide, and a package catalog. Although none of the materials are dated, they may date from about the 1930s, possibly earlier. The order forms and student record book are empty, but a pasted in newspaper at the back of the packaging catalog suggests this may have been used by a salesman in Maine.

Norfolk & Western Railway Menus,
The collection contains breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and beverage menus from the Norfolk & Western Railway, as well as two unused carbon copy checks for Norfolk & Western Railway's Dining Car Service.
William H. Noyes Letter,
The William H. Noyes Letter includes a description of the climate, food price and availability, the camp set up, and a hand drawn map in correspondence to his family.
Obenshain Culinary Collection,
The Obenshain Culinary Collection contains a variety of recipes, cooking guides, and nutritional information from the 1930s-1980s. All items reside within two series: Notecards and Clippings and Publications.
Old Kentucky Distillery Warehouse Receipt,
The collection includes a receipt from Old Kentucky Distillery for five barrels of Cherokee Springs whiskey deposited by Bluthenthal & Bickart distillery of Georgia in 1901.
Milton A. and Marion Osborn Manuscript Receipt Book and Household Library Catalog,
The collection consists of a hand-written receipt book and catalog of the household library, likely kept in the 1870s and 1880s. In addition, there are a few home remedies, some drawings and signatures (Willie Osborn), and what appear to be short journal entries.
Peacock-Harper Culinary History Friends Records
Collection contains records from meetings, ephemera, memorabilia, and artifacts relating to the Peacock-Harper Culinary History Friends. Unprocessed.
Lt. Col. A. P. Porter Copybook,
The collection includes a copybook and letters written by Union Lieutenant Colonel A. P. Porter in 1862 and 1863 that document the transportation, inventory, and distribution of supply rations during the Civil War. The letters are written in chronological order within the copybook with about 22 outstanding letters that have been torn from the book, also arranged in chronological order.
