Felix Sebba Papers,
The collection consists primarily of materials concerning Felix Sebba's research into the uses of aphrons and other foams from 1979 to 1989. Materials include correspondence, notes on research, and both published and unpublished papers.
George Green Shackelford Papers,
This collection contains correspondence, research files, project files, and manuscripts of George Green Shackelford, professor of history at Virginia Tech from 1954-1986.
George Myron Shear Papers
Plant physiologist (1930-49) at the Agricultural Experiment Station and Professor of Plant Physiology (1949-70) at Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Papers consist of correspondence and publications relating to his research as a plant physiologist, and particularly on his work with watercress. Includes correspondence (1927) with Thomas A. Edison about Shear's work concerning collections latex-bearing plants in Virginia.
Carrie T. Sibold Family Papers,
The collection consists of scrapbooks, journals, V.P.I. reunion materials, photograph albums, family diplomas, and the diary of Nannie V. Sibold. As a whole, the collection dates from 1912 to 1990. However, Carrie T. Sibold's scrapbook journals, which run from 1974 to 1990, constitute the the bulk of the collection material.
Leon Dalmain Simmons Memorabilia
Member of the Engineering Class of 1934. Collection includes plaques and certificates awarded to Simmons, including a plaque from the Century Club and the Alumni Association.

Hampton D. Smith Collection,
The Hampton D. Smith Collection, consists of a collection of papers, raw data, presentations, and laboratory notes pertaining to Dr. Hampton D. Smith's work in the Virginia Tech Chemistry Department from 1974 to 1990.
Solitude Photographs and Papers
Historic home of Blacksburg, Virginia, built by the Preston family in the early 1800s. Purchased by the Virginia Agricultural and Mechanical College (now Virginia Tech) in 1872, and remains the oldest building on campus. Photographs consist of thirty-four mounted photographs from Eleanor Stover McEver's collection of various views and details of Solitude, with identifying labels. Also includes other papers, such as newspaper clippings and postcards, with information about Solitude.
Arthur M. Squires Papers,
Collection consists of extensive correspondence, unpublished research reports, lectures, trip reports, reprints, trip diaries (1968-82), photographs (1979) from his trip to China, daily work books (1959-81), and subject files spanning entire career. This collection is unprocessed.
