Rudolph Carl Brauer Memorabilia,
The collection contains correspondence, campus pictures, bulletins, and programs collected by Rudolph Brauer, graduate of the VPI class of 1915.
Broad Channel: The Vorticella Polyptych Working Papers
Mural created by Ray Kass, professor of Art and Art History at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and the Mountain Lake Workshop in April 1991. Mural located in Newman Library on the Virginia Tech campus. Working papers consist of drawings and sketches of the mural.
Henry Brooke Letter and Flyer,
The collection consists of a letter written March 1893 from Brooke to Editor Colliery Engineer about an article written by Otto C. Burkhart.
Albert M. Brown Collection
Albert Brown graduated from Virginia Tech in 1938 with a degree in Agricultural Engineering. Collection consists of Virginia Tech memorabilia and class assignments from Brown's time at Virginia Tech. Materials date from 1930 through 1938.
Ralph Minthorne Brown Papers
Papers of Ralph Minthorne Brown, Virginia Tech head librarian (1926-1947), amateur historian and naturalist. Includes materials on Virginia Tech and local history, including typed transcripts of sources gathered for an intended history of Virginia Tech. Also included are Brown's Blacksburg ornithological and weather observations, a bibliography of Matthew Fontaine Maury, and other writings.
