This collection contains recipe cards featuring eggs as the main ingredient and educational pamphlets regarding the production, nutritional value, and preparation of eggs. Some of the topics covered in these pamphlets are: microwave preparation, egg facts and recipes for children and senior citizens, breakfast and brunch, ethnic, quick and easy, popular egg basics, questions about eggs, nutrition, economy, food safety, entertaining, and dieting.
